Hugh McTavish
Dr. Hugh McTavish is the founder and Executive Director of COVID Sanity. He is a Ph.D. biochemist and immunologist and also a patent attorney. He has authored 18 refereed scientific journal articles and is the inventor on 21 U.S. patents. He has started two pharmaceutical companies off of his own inventions – IGF Oncology, LLC, for a targeted drug for cancer and Squarex, LLC, for a treatment that prevents cold sores or oral herpes virus outbreaks. Wrenda Teeple
Wrenda Teeple, Pharm.D., is the Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Regulatory Affairs for Arbit Consulting. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and her PharmD from the University of Minnesota, completing the Research Emphasis in Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology. Wrenda went on to complete a clinical pharmacy residency at Regions Hospital, a level 1 trauma center in Saint Paul, MN. She continues to work part-time as a Clinical Pharmacist at Regions Hospital, is a registered preceptor in Minnesota, and is an active member of the pharmacogenomics community. She is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Adjunct Professor at St. Catherine University, Henrietta Schmoll School of Health. Her primary professional areas of interest are regulatory affairs, research, teaching, and pharmacogenomics.
Horst Loeblich
Horst Loeblich is an attorney who lives in Parker, Colorado. Horst’s work history has focused largely on healthcare administration, policy, and education in the not for profit sector, including strategic planning with Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and the University of Chicago Hospitals, socioeconomic policy analysis and education for the American Medical Association, 501c3 tax and governance work for the Colorado Health Foundation and the Mat-Su Health Foundation, and management of Graduate Medical Education programs for Denver’s HealthONE hospital system. In his spare time, Horst can often be found enjoying a cigar on a dog walk or taking in the Colorado scenery on his motorcycle
